Returns
We only accept returns in cases where an item has been significantly not as described.
As the majority of our items are vintage or second-hand, some signs of wear are expected and are not considered faults. We make every effort to accurately describe each item and disclose any notable flaws in the product description
To return an item you MUST ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was purchased in.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, providing:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Timeframe & Processing
- Once a return is approved, the item must be sent back within 7 days.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to an item being not as described, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
